法國巴黎食記I-FRENCHIE

從這次開始,要來改變網誌一些小小的部分

就是增加了中英文翻譯 答啦~ (打完才發覺好難哦...)

各位看官走過路過順手指點一下錯嘍~

阿,真是過好久的食記
It was been a long time to update my blog.

這趟旅行收穫最多的就是吃了很多很不錯的餐廳
My biggest gain from this trip was visited many nice restaurant.



來打打這次在法國照片比較完整的幾間
Let me introduce some of them which I have take series photo.

本篇文章要介紹的是隱身在巷弄中
Today we are talking about Frenchie, locating in the alleys.

很容易就突然擦身而過的低調奢華 - FRENCHIE
It's easy to pass away and miss it.


下面是當日菜單(菜單會隨每日食材的不同有所變化)
This is the menu.( daily changes)


開胃菜有兩種選擇,分別是
There is two kind of appetizer,

Heirloom Tomato salad, seasoned ricotta, kalamata olives and savory breadcrumbs
「祖傳番茄沙拉拌里考塔起司佐卡拉馬橄欖香味麵包屑」(吃麵包屑?!)



以及
and

Roasted salsify root, smoked mackerel with sesame
「烤婆羅門參根佐芝麻鯖魚」



對於麵包屑我只吃了一口,印象不深,再有請點餐本人補充
For the first one(breadcrumbs), I had no comment about it.

至於那個樹根配魚,樹根非常清脆爽口,有類似炸牛蒡的口感
I ordered the mackerel. The root was crisp like fried burdock.

鯖魚因為淋上的醬汁配芝麻,帶了一點甜味,看個人喜好
The mackerel with sesame and sauce was a bit sweet.

另外在上菜前,都會先上的好吃的司康內帶些微培根
Before the appetizer, they gave the scone with bacon and butter.

塗上滑順的奶油





接下來這是它的酒單,旁邊價錢跟年份
This is the wine menu. (Vin = wine in french)


看了就知道口袋無敵淺的我並沒有品嘗到 哈哈哈
However, I had no enough money to taste :(




好了,來到主角的部分
Okay, coming to the main course.

首先是我們這次都沒點的
First one, (we were not order it)

Line caught pollock, chickpea falafel, shiitake, sumac and figs

「新鮮現釣鱈魚佐鷹嘴豆沙拉三明治暨香菇拌漆樹無花果」(啥阿)

抱歉沒圖沒真相,
I didn't have the picture haha

馬上介紹主演
And another one,

Poultry from 《La Cour d'Armoise》 With fresh corn polenta, grilled baby corn and marinated tomatoes

阿好長,大概就是「來自La Cour d'Armoise的雞肉配新鮮意識玉米醬爆米花佐醃製番茄小嬰兒玉米筍」
恩恩 小嬰兒玉米筍好吃
Grilled baby corn was good.





雞肉我想應該是雞胸肉,本身帶有嚼勁,不像雞腿肉那般鬆軟
I guessed that the chicken was part of breast. It's chewy not like chicken thigh, too tender.

淋上的醬汁,有甜醬油的感覺,但鹹的部分是恰到好處而非死鹹
The sauce tasted likes soy sauce with sugar.




順帶一提,盤子我超喜歡,很想要買一個帶回家哈哈
Buy the way, I LOVE  THE PLATE.

是陶瓷扁平狀的,刀子也很有質感而且鋒利
Made of ceramics, with sharp knife


好了,來到了甜點
Now, coming to our dessert,

Chocolate cremeux, malt ice cream and coffee meringue

「巧克力軟狀奶油搭配麥芽冰淇淋及酥脆巧克力餅」



它的冰淇淋不錯,應該是真材實料,因為融化的蠻快的
Ice cream is nice . I think that it is made by real stuff because it melt so fast.

但是大家有看到白色一顆的那個嗎?
Does anyone notice about the white small pieces?

極甜危險,保證吃了就膩
Very sweet !!! Too Sweet.

整份甜點我給55分,因為實在太甜了
I give the dessert fifty five (out of 100)

好險他們有送上咖啡以及瑪德蓮
